Victor Hoskins is President and CEO of the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority (FCEDA). He is an MIT trained Urban Planner and Real Estate Executive currently overseeing the growth of the largest economy in Virginia (GDP $138 billion.)

At FCEDA, Mr. Hoskins has led a team that has secured more than $3 billion in capital investment working with companies that have announced the creation of more than 47,000 jobs and nearly 7.5 million square feet of commercial office space. Companies that have announced new locations or expansion in Fairfax County under Mr. Hoskins’ leadership include Microsoft, Google, Meta, Amazon Web Services, Volkswagen Group of America, Amentum, Guidehouse, Starkist, Qualtrics, Alarm.com, Hilton, Clark Construction, Blue Origins, V2X and The Aerospace Corporation.
